Practice Schedules

All changes must be communicated to the league Scheduler to ensure the schedule is up to date and access is available as needed for the league.

Teams may arrive early or stay late to warm up or continue practicing within their allocated times. However, they must move to the far outfield if another team is scheduled, allowing full infield access to that team during their reserved time.

Teams may only use City-allocated fields, parks, or areas designated for our league. Using unapproved locations can jeopardize future field allocations for the entire league and may also put players at risk, as those sites are not covered by our insurance.

If you arrive at an allocated field and a non–RGS-affiliated team is using it, politely show them our permit and ask them to vacate. Please also report the incident to the league.

When a field is shared, the team listed first on the schedule has the infield for the first half of the shared time. The second team listed has the infield for the second half.
