Angela Brand
President

Hi, my name is Angela and have been involved with RGS since 2017 both as a parent and as a coach. I am grateful for the opportunity to support the development of our players and umpires through this great sport. I am excited to serve on the Board and continue to create an atmosphere of community for our players, coaches, managers, & families.

Cassi Ponzo
Vice-President

Hi, my name is Cassi. I coached in RGS for about 10 years through my 20s. I met some incredible families through this league that are some of my most cherished friendships. After a little break to get married and have kids, my husband and I now have the privilege of coaching our two older daughters. Our 3 girls have all been on a field since they were born. I love living in Roseville and serving the softball community.

Chief Player Agent

Join our team as Chief Player Agent—the key liaison between families, coaches, and the league. This role ensures smooth player placement and positive experiences for all, making it one of the most rewarding leadership positions on the board.

Briana Scott
Treasurer

Hi! My name is Briana! My family has been a part of RGS since 2012 when my oldest daughter started playing softball. While she has hung her up her cleats after a 12 year career, she is still very involved in softball as a coach and umpire for RGS. My two younger daughters currently play in the league and have many years of softball ahead of them. Softball has brought so much joy to my family and some of our favorite memories are the ones we've made on the field. Being able to serve my community through RGS is truly an honor.

Madeline Miller

Hi, I am Madeline. I have been involved with RGS since 2016, when my daughter began playing softball in 8U. My daughter later participated in the Thunder and Thunder Select teams and is now a youth umpire at RGS. She still plays softball and we have her amazing experience at RGS to thank for getting her started in her journey with the game. I feel privileged to be a part of the RGS Board and to give back.

Hi, my name is Sophia. My daughter has been part of the Roseville Girls Softball family for 6 seasons, and we've had the pleasure of being on 6 amazing teams. Along the way, we’ve built great friendships and lasting memories. I joined the board as a way to give back to this incredible community and am excited to support our youngest players as the 6U Player Agent. I look forward to working with the board, coaches, families, and—most importantly—our future softball stars!

Hello! My name is Debra Chupp, and I am excited to serve as the 8U player agent. I began playing softball at the age of 12, and I am thrilled to share my passion for this sport with my daughter. I have been involved with RGS since the spring of 2022, either as a parent or a team manager. I am passionate about helping others and look forward to collaborating with board members, parents, staff, and players to ensure that we provide a fantastic softball experience for everyone.

12u Player Agent

Hi! My name is Michell. (Michelle but with no e). I have been involved with RGS for about 4 years and in that time I have assisted in various roles on my daughter's teams. My favorite was managing and coaching her team last spring. I joined the board as a way to give back to the softball community. I am passionate about helping others and it's my goal that all RGS families have the wonderful experience that my family has had.

Amanda Modder
14u Player Agent

Hi, my name is Amanda. I played in RGS from 6u-14u and was also involved with Thunder and the umpire program. I played at Woodcreek HS, Sierra College and then Northwestern University. Now I really want to give back to the league that gave me so much growing up. I am a 911 dispatcher where I get to show my true passion of helping others. I’m excited to use my experience and passion for the game to serve RGS.

Hey I'm Dan! I am a dad to three little girls and softball is a big part of our family. I started coaching in RGS with my wife before we even got married and it has been so much fun! We have met so many great friends through RGS. I have a passion for recreation softball and I love to give back to this league through volunteering on the board and as a coach. I value the mission of Roseville Girls Softball and believe we have a great league!

Equipment Manager

Hi my name is Chris Parham. It is fun to watch my daughters enjoying the games, practices and camaraderie that they experience with softball. As the equipment manager, my goal is to make sure our girls have everything they need to continue their love for softball and the avenues it could open for them in the future.

Hi! I’m Macy Wilson and I have loved watching my daughter play softball for the past five years. I have been both the manager and team mom for her teams. I am excited to be part of the league’s board this year. I look forward to supporting our players and doing my part to make the season a great experience for everyone.

Hi! My name is Abby. My daughter has been playing in RGS for 6 seasons now. I am excited to be apart of the board as a way to give back to an organization that has given our family so much already. My husband and I both were always heavily involved in sports growing up and want to instill that same passion in others.

Bella Romero
Umpire-In-Chief

Hi, my name is Bella. I have been a member of RGS since I was 6 years old. I was a player from age 6-14 then I coached and managed teams for spring, summer and fall starting when I was 15. I have been umpiring since I was 11 years old and was promoted to Assistant UIC at age 18 and officially took over as UIC for the 2022 season. I look forward to seeing everyone out there enjoying this sport! I love this sport and I hope everyone else does too!

Larry Lang
Field Manager

Hi, my name is Larry! I have been a part of the RGS family for seven seasons. My two girls are currently in 8u and 12u and I coach both teams! I enjoy watching their skills grow with each season. I love being part of the softball community and building friendships along the way. I love helping all the kids I've coach find their love for the game. I am looking forward to help manage the facilities and provide great fields for these kids to play on.

Justin Flood
Scheduler

Hello, I'm Justin.  I'm a parent, coach, and proud volunteer with Roseville Girls Softball. As of the end of the 2025 season, my daughter has played two spring seasons and just completed her first All-Star run—and I’ve had the privilege of coaching every one of them. I truly enjoy watching the girls I coach work hard, grow as players, and gain confidence along the way. This season, I’m excited to step into the role of scheduler to help keep practices and games running smoothly. While I’m still relatively new to the league, I’m fully committed to supporting our players, coaches, and families, and I’m grateful to be part of such a positive and dedicated community.
